Wedding with an Irreverent Streak: Modern Asian Chic with Slight Tex Mex Twist
Tiffany & Riel - Wedding with an Irreverent Streak

Date: October 11, 2008

Musical Slide Show of Wedding

Couple: The bride is Tiffany and the Groom is Riel. The bride and groom lived in Las Vegas during the planning process and made trips back for big moment decisions: choosing the best linens and fabrics at Austin Party Central and Marquee Tents and Events, wine tastings at Vino Vino, food tastings with Jesse Bloom of Ecstatic Cuisine, etc. I.E., the important stuff.

The bride and groom met at a “wine and cheese” cocktail party for members/friends of Teach for America.

Tiffany remembers not wanting to attend because she thought all the guys would be geeks. She was right, except for one handsome gentleman named Riel.

Photography: Life Mosaics

Planners Notes: Tiffany was a joy to work with. She has superb taste and really understood the importance of incorporating culture and well thought out design into this special day. At the end of the wedding, I asked her if she wanted to join the Decor Jette staff. She is amazing.
